Zesto Nescafe (Hot Nescafe Coffee or Nes)
1 heaping teaspoon Nescafe Classic instant coffee
2 teaspoons sugar (or to taste – Tony goes for three – but sugar is required)
1 teaspoon water
1 cup boiling water
milk or cream (optional)Put water on to boil. Add first three ingredients to a sturdy mug. With a spoon, “hit” the mixture (stir vigorously, making sure to “hit” the mix against the sides of the cup), until creamy and smooth, about three minutes or until water boils. Add boiling water (and milk or cream, optional) and viola! You have a frothy cup of Nes.
